Job Summary: Work as an Extruder Operator, a key role in the recycling process, with responsibilities including programming, monitoring, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Raw material preparation and feeding As an EXTRUDER OPERATOR, you will be a vital frontline contributor to the recycling process. Your responsibilities include: * Preparing raw materials in agglomerators when necessary. * Programming extruder machines via the control panel according to each material's Production Order. Feeding the machine. Monitoring equipment and system operation while controlling product quality throughout the entire process. * Screen changes during operation. Heating materials in ovens and manual feeding when required. Weighing, packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products. Completing production reports with relevant data and production controls. Maintaining workplace order and cleanliness. Requirements: * Must be over 18 years of age. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience in this field is considered a plus. * Monday to Friday (5:00 AM to 2:18 PM).
