Job Summary: Work as an Extruder Operator, a key role in the recycling process, with responsibilities including machine programming, quality monitoring, and sector maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control of manufactured products As an EXTRUDER OPERATOR, you will be a critical frontline contributor to the recycling process. Your responsibilities include: * Preparing raw materials in agglomerators when required. * Programming extruder machines on the control panel according to the Production Order for each material. Feeding the machine. Monitoring equipment and system operation while controlling product quality throughout the entire process. * Screen changes during the process. Heating materials in the oven and manual feeding when necessary. Weighing, packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products. Filling out production reports with relevant information and production controls. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old. * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in this field is considered a plus. * Monday to Friday (5:00 AM to 2:18 PM).
