Strategic involvement to achieve results and operational improvements **JOB: RECEPTION COORDINATOR** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, guide, and supervise the reception team, ensuring alignment with company service standards and conduct * Ensure excellence in customer experience, going beyond routine operations * Monitor and ensure quality in check-in, check-out, and guest service processes * Monitor reservations, availability, and occupancy, ensuring accurate system updates * Verify postings, guest consumption, and account closures to prevent inconsistencies * Act swiftly to resolve conflicts, complaints, and requests, exercising autonomy and solution-oriented focus * Lead by example, training, developing, and correcting the team whenever necessary * Prepare staff schedules and monitor punctuality, attendance, and discipline * Ensure operational coverage during staff absences, stepping in directly at the front desk when required * Ensure compliance with internal rules, procedures, policies, and company standards * Control operational errors and rework, proposing improvements * Focus on results, tracking sales targets, reservation conversion rates, and average ticket value * Support preparation of performance reports and metrics * Maintain constant communication with housekeeping, reservations, and finance departments **Requirements:** * Proven experience in reception/hospitality or leadership roles * Active (not passive) leadership profile with strong sense of responsibility * Good verbal and written communication skills * Organization, discipline, and proactivity * Commercial mindset and results orientation * Ability to work under pressure and handle unforeseen situations * Knowledge of hospitality operational routines and systems (PMS) * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills **Work Schedule:** 5 days on, 1 day off **Working Hours:** To be determined **Salary:** Experience: R$ 2\.650,00 Permanent Position: R$ 3\.050,00 Interested candidates please contact: cabanasuicadp@gmail.com or 41998089815 Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Possibility of relocation/moving: * Guaratuba, PR: Willingness to relocate to the job location with company support (Preferred) Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Preferred) Experience: * Hospitality (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
