Operational Supervisor

Vendemmia is seeking an Operational Supervisor to work at our Garuva/SC unit. We seek professionals with leadership potential, an owner's mindset, and a strong desire to grow alongside the company. The professional will be responsible for overseeing the unit’s daily operational activities, supporting team management, ensuring compliance with processes, productivity, organization, and operational quality. They will also monitor performance indicators, conduct operational alignment meetings, and support day-to-day operational demands. We are looking for someone with experience in logistics operations, team leadership, and strong communication skills to work closely with operations and contribute to team development. **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Oversee and guide the unit’s operational activities; * Lead the operational team, ensuring organization, productivity, and process compliance; * Monitor goods receipt, storage, picking, movement, and dispatch; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures; * Track operational performance indicators and support action plan development; * Support team development through alignment meetings and feedback sessions; * Resolve day-to-day operational issues; * Maintain operational organization and internal process control; * Support inventory counts and stock controls; * Maintain close contact with leadership and support areas to ensure smooth operations. **Desired experience and qualifications:** * Prior experience in logistics operations; * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of warehousing, dispatch, material handling, and stock control; * Experience monitoring operational performance indicators; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills; * Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems effectively; * Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is considered a plus; * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies is a plus). **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience managing operational teams in a logistics environment; * Knowledge of warehousing, dispatch, material handling, and stock control processes; * Experience monitoring operational performance indicators and productivity; * Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and data collection devices; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability; * Desirable: training courses in logistics, leadership, people management, or continuous improvement; We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and advance professionally.
