Job Summary: Assist in the post-picking parts audit process to ensure correct shipment of quantities, with emphasis on warehouse organization and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Development in operational processes and inventory **Job Description:** ---------------------- This position is also inclusive for PwDs. Assist in the audit process of parts after the picking process, thereby ensuring that quantities are correctly shipped to customers, matching order specifications in both quantity and model. **Requirements** -------------- What are the requirements? Completed High School education; Basic knowledge of operational and inventory processes; Understanding of inventory control, warehousing, and material handling; Basic knowledge of Excel and operating systems/WMS is a plus; Ability to perform cyclic counts and product verifications; Attention to detail and daily organizational skills; Good communication and teamwork abilities; Commitment to safety, quality standards, and internal procedures; Availability to work rotating shifts, when required; Prior experience in logistics or inventory is considered a plus. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Among your main responsibilities, you will: * Conduct daily accountability follow-up; * Assist in controlling consumables; * Monitor and maintain departmental equipment (RF devices, hydraulic carts, etc.); * Support the Inventory Assistant in locating materials with loading priority; * Complete documentation for reworked boxes; * Support operational processes whenever necessary; * File area-related documentation; * Perform cyclic counts; * Support 5S implementation and maintenance of a safe workplace; * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the area; * Support in controlling and resolving receiving discrepancies (overages, shortages, and misplacements); * Monitor physical and system-based movements related to QA (quality analysis upon receipt); * Identify, record, and report QA discrepancies to the Assistant; * Complete inventory management control records; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness to uphold corporate quality programs; * Comply with quality procedures, attend training sessions, and apply learnings daily to ensure customer service levels; * Comply with occupational safety procedures, following corporate guidelines to ensure personal and coworker safety; * Comply with inventory procedures, attend training sessions, apply learnings daily, and participate in full-cycle inventories to support inventory integrity and accuracy; * Comply with HSE and Quality procedures; **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
