Customers visit us for home décor, household utensils, pet shop items, and diverse personal and household goods.* Boa Vista Neighborhood \- Joinville/SC Employment Type: CLT Work Mode: On-site ️Job Mission: Support the buyer in procurement, negotiations, and supplier relationship management, ensuring appropriate store supply, order organization, logistics tracking, and development of new suppliers—thereby contributing to store competitiveness, profitability, and product mix variety. ✅Main Responsibilities: * Support merchandise procurement for variety retail, considering product turnover, seasonality, margin, and restocking needs. * Assist in negotiations with suppliers to secure better pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and order volumes. * Conduct quotations, price comparisons, and basic cost-benefit analyses of products. * Track purchase orders from issuance through goods receipt. * Support logistics tracking—including delivery timelines and potential discrepancies. * Verify invoices, purchase orders, and received goods, flagging inconsistencies. * Maintain frequent contact with suppliers for alignment, adjustments, returns, and restocking. * Support the development and onboarding of new suppliers to expand the product mix. * Assist in organizing procurement-related information, orders, deadlines, and internal controls. * Support the owner in analyzing product performance, identifying slow- or fast-moving items. * Contribute suggestions for new products, market trends, and business opportunities. * Support administrative tasks related to the procurement area. Job Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, Business Process Management, or related fields. * Familiarity with procurement and negotiation processes. * Basic knowledge of logistics, goods receiving, and verification procedures. * Understanding of inventory control and product turnover. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) at basic to intermediate level. * Aptitude for working with numbers, pricing, and comparative analysis. * Prior experience or familiarity with variety retail is desirable. * Previous experience in procurement, inventory, logistics, commercial, or administrative roles will be considered an advantage. * Retail experience is a significant advantage.
