Job Summary: As a Roadside Assistance Operator, you will be responsible for performing vehicle towing operations, inspecting highways, and responding to incidents to ensure smooth traffic flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to incidents and accidents by setting up signage and ensuring safety. 2. Assist in controlling unauthorized access and occupation of the right-of-way. 3. More than just vehicles travel on our roads — here, we connect people and energize freight transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE OPERATOR**, your responsibilities include: Performing vehicle towing and inspecting the pre\-determined highway section managed by the concessionaire, thereby supporting user assistance and traffic flow during congestion, in accordance with established operational procedures; Responding to accident incidents, events, and emergency vehicle dispatches (rescue/removal), by executing traffic signage, operation, and safety activities in compliance with established procedures; Assisting in controlling unauthorized access, alternative routes, and occupation of the right-of-way, through identification and communication to the Control Center, implementing preventive and corrective actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We value candidates who have:** Completed elementary education. Availability for rotating shifts and a 12x36 schedule\.
