Job Summary: Toll Operator responsible for manual toll fee collection, equipment verification, and user assistance on both manual and automatic lanes. Key Highlights: 1. More than just vehicles travel our roads — here, we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **TOLL OPERATOR**, you will be responsible for: Preparing\-yourself for manual toll fee collection by verifying resources, equipment, and required systems, and reporting nonconformities identified in the toll booth to the controller; Performing manual toll fee collection according to vehicle categories, through user identification, classification, and service to collect the applicable toll fee; Ensuring that all collected amounts are fully deposited, verified during shift closure; Contributing information on evasions, abandonments, and other relevant observations by completing the Toll Operation Report and delivering it to the toll controller at the end of the shift; Preserving and safeguarding materials, equipment, and furniture used in your work environment through control and organization; Assisting users traveling on automatic lanes in restricted passage situations, by verifying failures in electronic device reading for compliant vehicles, vehicles with blocked electronic devices, and vehicles without electronic devices, maintaining radio communication with the toll plaza control center; Manually collecting toll fees from overweight vehicles according to vehicle categories, through user service, receipt of the corresponding toll fee, and adherence to the currently valid payment methods on adjacent lanes; Transmitting relevant information to control during service on the Extra Wide Lane via radio communication; Providing vehicle signage on manual and automatic lanes, by signaling lane openings and closures as needed; Recording all relevant information by completing the Toll Operation Report. **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is important to us that you have:** Completed High School education; Availability to work on a 12x36 rotating schedule **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Medical Assistance; Dental Plan; Telemedicine; Caring Closely Program; Emotional Health Program; Well\-Being Platform; Arteris Baby Program; Diversity & Inclusion Program: Official document name correction for transgender and non\-binary individuals; Meal or Food Allowance; Pharmacy Allowance; Transportation Allowance; ArterisPrev (Supplementary Pension); Payroll\-deducted Loan; Childcare Assistance (for women with children up to age 6, or men with full judicial custody); Life Insurance; Birthday Day Off; 6\-month maternity leave and 20\-day paternity leave; UAD \- Arteris University of Development.
