Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment; Replace buffet and electric oven heating elements; Repair industrial blenders; Maintain refrigerators, cold rooms, freezers, and other equipment; Diagnose faults and propose efficient, rapid solutions; Ensure proper equipment operation across units.
