Critical thinking regarding selection processes is essential, with strategic and results-oriented performance. **Employment Type: CLT or Service Provider (PJ).** Responsibilities * Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. * Create and publish job postings on internal and external channels (job portals, social media, etc.). * Identify, test, and implement new candidate sourcing methods (partnerships, talent pools, referral programs, universities, social media, active recruitment, among others). * Prepare assessment reports and present them to managers. * Guar Environment We offer: Competitive salary commensurate with the role.
