With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring daily bakery operations, guiding and clarifying team queries, preparing and managing work schedules, overtime, and time-off requests, defining production timelines according to production needs and customer orders, standardizing procedures to maximize operational efficiency, product and service quality, and complying with regulations, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, as well as delivering customer service and sales support. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure a positive customer shopping experience by addressing their needs, surprising and guiding them regarding the variety of products offered, and suggesting relevant sales opportunities; Achieve, promote, and enhance sales targets through strategic product mix planning, defining production and display schedules for the most attractive and distinctive products, and maintaining courteous customer relationships; Minimize bakery losses by guiding, monitoring, and controlling team activities and daily operations, developing recipes and implementing reuse strategies when necessary, and defining and standardizing operational procedures; Manage procurement orders for departmental merchandise, analyzing and administering inventory levels along with historical sales data, seasonality, and specific promotions; schedule purchases in advance to ensure continuous supply without shortages, losses, or stockouts; Guarantee product quality by defining and implementing operational processes and standardizing product displays; Ensure the product counter is consistently stocked, properly priced, organized, and clean, guiding, controlling, and monitoring daily routines; Develop recipes, launch new products, and define the store’s minimum appropriate product assortment; Oversee goods receipt, and organize, guide, and/or store items in appropriate locations per established hygiene, safety, and quality standards; Manage personnel matters related to vacation scheduling, time banks, leave entitlements, and other working-hour-related demands by reviewing managerial reports from the HR department and providing guidance to employees; Promote team professional development and motivation through consistent feedback and guidance, performance monitoring, and technical and behavioral training; Participate in periodic departmental inventories and ensure data accuracy; Ensure adequate ingredient and supply replenishment by monitoring and controlling inventory levels aligned with store requirements; Requirements Maintain team unity and engagement despite daily differences and challenges Maintain an attractive, eye-catching counter with optimal product exposure Manage, prevent, and control losses and stockouts by understanding store context, timing, seasonality, and location. **Additional Information:** Experience in bakery operations **Preferred Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education **Specific Knowledge:** Bakery techniques, counter setup knowledge, food handling, sales analysis, margin and loss assessment, and production control **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Discount Program (affiliated stores) Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
