Here, you will be responsible for people management, monitoring goal delivery, and budget compliance, aiming to develop high-performance teams capable of delivering functional, high-quality products within the dev team under your responsibility. Responsibilities and Duties * Promote team development in hard and soft skills aligned with desired career paths, participating in the team’s agile ceremonies and performance evaluation committees; * Build and maintain a high-performance team by identifying required profiles and selecting suitable candidates; * Cascade company and segment/platform goals to the dev team to achieve strategic results, based on inputs from Agile Master, Agile Coach, and Product Owner; * Develop onboarding for new employees and conduct motivation and engagement initiatives. Analyze eligibility for salary actions and recognition programs (e.g., training and appreciation initiatives); * Ensure compliance with labor legislation through monitoring of overtime, vacations, terminations, time banks, retirement, and other matters related to Brazilian labor law; * Guarantee team goal achievement toward TOTVS’s strategic objectives, by cascading corporate strategy, aligning efforts, and tracking team deliverables’ progress; * Disseminate TOTVS and Agile culture, exemplifying ethical values and influencing a collaborative mindset through interactions in agile ceremonies; * Participate in people management strategy decisions alongside the Tribe Lead (responsible for the segment/platform), providing advice and inputs grounded in People Lead experience; * Train and develop successors within your squads, enabling talent acquisition and retention through consistent feedback and on-the-job actions. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience in people leadership * Experience in development processes * Specific knowledge: Management 3\.0; Agile methodologies; Budget management, OKRs, SLA, ROI, and NPS. * Residency in Joinville (4 days per week onsite) * Education: Completed undergraduate degree Desirable Qualifications * People leadership in the Technology segment. * Postgraduate degree in Management.
