Job Summary: Professional to develop and lead logistics negotiation strategies, focused on cost reduction and ensuring service delivery to units across Brazil. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure service delivery to Tigre Brasil plants Develop logistics negotiation strategies for Brazilian units, lead cost reduction projects, and ensure service delivery to Tigre Brasil plants. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct negotiations according to the established methodology, applying structured short-, medium-, and long-term strategies, mapping the supplier chain, and using appropriate analyses and tools (Cost Breakdown, Request for Quotation (RFQ), etc.) to ensure optimal cost-benefit for the Company; * Ensure compliance with the logistics budget plan by monitoring market indicators and leading cost reduction/cost avoidance projects to meet departmental targets and proactively address potential price adjustment requests and/or pursue cost reductions, thereby enhancing visibility of impacts to the Company. * Identify potential supply-demand vulnerabilities through market indicator monitoring to minimize risk of production unit stockouts. * Understand taxes/fees associated with contracted services to minimize fiscal/tax vulnerabilities and support better purchasing decisions. * Develop and support quality and cost improvement projects with suppliers and internal customers through workshops, internal and external meetings, aiming to improve and/or reduce costs of contracted services. * Monitor suppliers’ financial status per the procurement procedure, in coordination with the Strategic Intelligence (BI) team, to mitigate risks of potential supply disruptions. * Ensure negotiated commercial terms are duly updated in SAP to enhance procurement operational efficiency; * Understand transportation and warehousing operations, including transport modes (road, rail, air, etc.). * Ability to evaluate and manage relationships with carriers, ensuring service quality and on-time performance. * Understanding of regulations and standards related to goods transportation and storage. **Requirements and Qualifications** Postgraduate degree / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related field.
