Job Summary: Civil Engineering or Architecture Intern to support construction control and management activities, assisting the resident engineer in projects, production, LEED certification, measurements, and quality. Involvement in measurements and quality 1\- Organize documents related to physical projects; arrange for the generation of drawings, As-Built documentation, and BIM model operation; 2\- Monitor field activities; complete schedules according to the resident engineer's instructions; monitor team productivity; 3\- Update the labor histogram; update the machinery/equipment histogram. 4\- Monitor environmental requirements (LEED certification and waste controls); perform production measurements for contractors; enter quantities into spreadsheets; 5\- Periodically verify on-site activity quality by completing inspection checklists on tablets; prepare, update, and manage meeting minutes for the construction department; prepare managerial reports using spreadsheets, attaching photos when necessary; 6\- Prepare quality reports aimed at guiding contractors. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support construction control and management activities, assisting resident engineers with tasks related to projects, production, LEED certification, measurements, and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering or Architecture program. **Additional Information** Internship position.
