Supplier negotiation and logistics monitoring **Job Description:** We are looking for a professional with solid procurement experience to operate in both domestic and international markets, conducting strategic negotiations and acquisitions of products and services. The candidate will be responsible for managing domestic and international procurement processes and supporting the company’s import and export operations. We seek someone with an analytical, organized profile, attention to detail, and knowledge of customs and logistics procedures. A completed or ongoing degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or International Relations will be considered a plus. Proficiency in English is an important advantage for communication with international suppliers; however, candidates with basic English proficiency who are actively improving their language skills will also be considered. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct procurement in domestic and international markets; * Negotiate with domestic and foreign suppliers; * Assist with documentation and procedures related to import and export; * Obtain freight quotations for domestic and international shipments; * Monitor customs clearance and delivery deadlines; * Maintain contact with suppliers, customs brokers, and transportation companies; * Complete and maintain reports and cost controls related to operations; * Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards; * Support cost, timeline, and commercial condition analysis. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in procurement (mandatory); * Experience in international procurement is a plus; * Knowledge of customs legislation and logistics processes; * English proficiency is a plus (basic level acceptable); * Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; * Organized, proactive profile with strong negotiation skills.
