Job Summary:
The Quality Supervisor will lead a robust team and manage industrial quality control activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a **Quality Supervisor** to oversee quality control activities in an industrial setting. The professional will be responsible for leading a robust team, ensuring production process compliance, analyzing anomalies, maintaining technical relationships with customers, and implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and develop the quality team, including inspectors, technicians, analysts, and engineers.
* Perform **shop-floor quality process management**, ensuring adherence to internal standards and product requirements.
* Conduct **anomaly analysis**, root cause investigation, and define corrective and preventive actions.
* Manage **quality indicators** (FPY, losses, rework, NCs, etc.).
* Maintain **technical interface with customers**, handling discussions, feedback, and actions to eliminate recurring failures.
* Monitor tests, validations, and internal audits related to the production process.
* Develop and monitor **action plans (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)**.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, increasing productivity, and ensuring final product quality.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, PCP, Technical Support).
* Ensure compliance with applicable standards, internal procedures, and legal requirements.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**.
* **Advanced English proficiency** (reading, speaking, and writing).
* Prior experience in **leading quality teams** in an industrial environment.
* Experience in **production processes** and quality tools.
* Knowledge of failure analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
