Join the \#teamblue! **Commercial Operator Position \- Joinville (SC):** Do you have a passion for sales, enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and closing great deals? Your main responsibilities will include: Responsible for prospecting, training, and retaining banking correspondents (legal entities), operating in regions of interest to the company. Your primary objective is to continuously drive financing business between individual customers referred by these correspondents and the company, directly contributing to increased profitability. What we are looking for: * A commercial profile, with enthusiasm for sales and targets; * Focus on results, with determination to achieve and exceed monthly targets; * Strong communication and empathy in customer service; * Organization and proactivity. Requirements: * Must reside in Joinville (SC); * Valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory; * Bachelor's degree completed in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields is preferred; * Experience in customer service, sales, and prospecting new clients, with a track record of achieving quality targets and results; * Experience in maintaining a client portfolio; * Proficiency in Excel is mandatory; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel. Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break).
