Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting recruitment and selection, managing onboarding and integration, supporting employee development—including apprentices—and engaging in internal communication and endomarketing. Supporting internal communication and apprentice development Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection processes; * Perform onboarding and integration of new employees; * Monitor the onboarding program and mentorship initiatives; * Track probationary contract expiration dates; * Monitor and develop apprentices; * Support internal communication and endomarketing initiatives; * Conduct and analyze exit interviews; * Develop and maintain up-to-date departmental procedures; * Generate management reports; * Perform related tasks as needed.
