Job Summary: The Construction Analyst ensures on-site activities are executed in compliance with project plans, procedures, and schedules, while monitoring inputs and costs to guarantee quality and safety. The Construction Analyst's mission is to ensure on-site activities are executed correctly in accordance with reviewed project plans, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue material requisitions to contractors; * Prepare Addendum Requests; * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule; * Track projects and revisions; * Perform and verify Field Verification reports (FV's); * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Monitor construction costs against the pre-established budget (avoiding waste); * Ensure third-party services are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards; * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule; * Prepare reports documenting completed work, inspections performed, and deviations from approved project plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Relevant work experience; * NR 35 and NR 18 certifications; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design; * Ability to read and analyze project drawings.
