The role involves monitoring the full order lifecycle—from order entry through to customer delivery—ensuring deadlines are met, information quality is maintained, and support is provided to the commercial team. The candidate will coordinate with departments including finance, inventory, procurement, logistics, and freight carriers; manage order status tracking; resolve discrepancies; and update master data. Additionally, the role includes generating reports and supporting performance indicator management. We seek an organized, agile, and communicative professional capable of handling multiple demands and ensuring efficiency in commercial routines. **Requirements:** Solid experience in commercial backoffice or sales administration; Experience processing, controlling, and tracking orders in ERP/CRM systems; Experience monitoring deliveries and coordinating with logistics and freight carrier departments; Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, logistics partners, and internal departments; **Education and Knowledge:** Completed high school education, with technical or vocational training in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, International Trade, or related disciplines (completed or in progress); Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel; Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Bling, Omie, or similar); CRM knowledge and experience in technology, automation, or electrical sectors is desirable; **About the hiring company:** A leading company in industrial automation, energy management, and power quality solutions, with strong expertise in critical infrastructure environments.
