If you are hands-on, enjoy leading change, promoting improvements, and working on projects that deliver real business impact, we want to meet you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead new product, engineering, and corporate improvement projects alongside multidisciplinary teams, ensuring deliverables align with the company’s strategic objectives; * Manage end-to-end projects—from business case development and investment management (CAPEX/OPEX) to execution and closure; * Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, costs, risks, and KPIs, ensuring high performance throughout execution; * Ensure application of best practices in project management per internal methodology and PMBOK principles; * Proactively identify risks, deviations, and opportunities, implementing corrective actions and mitigation plans; * Maintain continuous alignment among stakeholders, leadership, and involved teams, ensuring clear communication and effective expectation management; * Facilitate project tracking and governance meetings, leading follow-up forums and decision-making sessions; * Support continuous improvement initiatives for company processes, methodologies, and project governance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * MBA in Project Management (in progress or completed); * Solid experience in corporate project management, engineering, or product development; * Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (PMBOK); * Experience managing CAPEX/OPEX investments and financial feasibility analysis; * Advanced English proficiency; * Analytical, collaborative profile with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
