The role involves providing telephone-based customer service, presenting products/services, negotiating and closing sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Make proactive and inbound calls to customers * Present products and services clearly and concisely * Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales * Track orders and handle after-sales * Update customer records in the system * Achieve established targets **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Sales or customer service experience is a plus * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Basic computer literacy **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in telesales or call centers * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets **Benefits:** * Fixed salary + commission * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Growth opportunities Compensation: R$2.280,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care coverage * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
