Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring cameras and alarms, responding to calls, and preparing reports, ensuring security and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Report preparation and database maintenance Location: Bucarein Neighborhood – Joinville/SC Shift: 12x36 – Night shift **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, ensuring rapid response to incidents; Respond to and handle calls according to established protocols; Provide telephone, radio, and HT communication with clarity and objectivity; Prepare incident reports (weekly or monthly); Issue service orders based on internal and client requirements; Assist clients in arming and disarming alarm systems; Maintain updated records in the system; Support other activities within the department. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (college enrollment preferred); Relevant work experience is a plus; Intermediate-level computer skills; Security Guard Training Certificate is a plus. **Benefits:** Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Attendance Bonus (7%) Hazard Pay (30%) Dental Plan Gym Allowance SESC Membership University Partnerships Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.692,48 per month Workplace: On-site
