Prior experience in Corporate Social Responsibility. * Management of the PCD (Persons with Disabilities) process on-site, in accordance with applicable legislation. * Compliance Agent. * Development and implementation of campaigns in collaboration with QMSSRS teams. * Strategic stakeholder engagement (public/private institutions, communities, and others) to ensure operational stability of the company. * Acting as an interface between employees and management to manage interdepartmental conflicts. * Management of the project's communication channels, including preparation of bulletins and/or informational notices, distribution (to internal audiences) via e\-mail, visible management boards, implementation and replenishment of suggestion box forms, and collection of requests. * Preparation of weekly/monthly Social Responsibility reports. * Implementation and management of Social Responsibility and Compliance integration. * Participation in alignment meetings with the client regarding activities. * Interface with labor unions/professional councils (class entities). * Absenteeism management aimed at minimizing excessive absences, tardiness, and other issues related to employee absence and their consequences (aiming to reduce and/or shorten leave duration). * Inspections of employee accommodations and follow-up on action plans, ensuring favorable conditions (in compliance with applicable legislation), with a focus on satisfaction and employee well-being. 251225020249627560
