Using various communication channels—including phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail—you will negotiate payment terms, always aiming for the best agreement and debt resolution. You will be responsible for generating and sending invoices, contracts, and other necessary documents, ensuring that our customers receive all accurate information required to settle their financial obligations. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing technical or undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields; Prior experience in administrative routines and collections. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Efficient time management skills. Team-oriented and collaborative mindset. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with management systems/CRM (MEGA, VIMOB, or similar) is desirable.
