Job Summary: Handle factory procurement, including production and maintenance materials, and implement and organize the warehouse while managing inventory and related processes. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in industrial and maintenance procurement 2. Responsibility for structuring and organizing the warehouse 3. Inventory management, from item registration to consumption control You will directly handle factory procurement, understanding the application of each material used in production and mechanical maintenance, as well as implementing and structuring the warehouse, organizing inventory and related processes. Key Responsibilities: * Procure industrial, mechanical, and maintenance materials. * Analyze factory requisitions to understand actual needs and material applications. * Request quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders. * Monitor delivery schedules and ensure continuous supply to production. * Implement, organize, and structure the warehouse. * Register materials in the system, standardizing descriptions and codes. * Control incoming and outgoing items, minimum and maximum inventory levels. * Support inventory audits and sector-based consumption controls. * Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, PCP (Production Control and Planning), and finance departments.
