Job Summary: You will be responsible for transforming requirements into viable technical solutions, ensuring product performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to production and documentation updating **ON-SITE POSITION IN ARAQUARI / SANTA CATARINA** **Product Designer – Product Engineering – Sicflux** You will be responsible for transforming requirements into viable technical solutions, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability. ### **Main Responsibilities:** Update and develop projects as needed; Design fans and equipment according to orders; Prepare and revise technical drawings (with emphasis on sheet metal); Perform cost estimation; Update production registrations and routings in the ERP system; Provide technical support to production; Update documents, procedures, and technical specifications. ### **Requirements:** Technical course in Mechanical Engineering or related fields (completed or in progress), or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Minimum 1–2 years of experience with SolidWorks; Knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding, bending, laser cutting); Basic understanding of electric motors. ### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Fuel Assistance; * Attendance Bonus; * Monthly Target-Based Incentives; * Health and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Workplace Gymnastics; * Personal Development Plan (PDP); * Feedback-oriented culture and one-on-one meetings; * Growing company. **Location: Araquari/SC** Personal transportation required. ### **Department:** Engineering
