Support for low-complexity issues and maintenance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT We are seeking an INFRASTRUCTURE IT ASSISTANT passionate about technology and user support to strengthen our technological environment and provide excellent support to our users. **Objective** Provide functional-level assistance in Information Technology infrastructure to users across business areas at the terminal. **Responsibilities** * Respond to service requests opened by users requiring low-complexity support, such as printer configuration, software installation, peripheral setup, system updates, etc.; * Configure and perform corrective maintenance on computers and servers, including all hardware and software components; * Monitor services to verify the status and performance of products/equipment, ensuring they meet required service levels; * Support internal network administration by monitoring network/internet link integrity, configuring IP addresses, and creating and configuring user access on the corporate network; * Track and install equipment specific to your area of responsibility to meet scheduled deadlines, scope, cost, and quality expectations; * Perform other duties inherent to the position, provided you are qualified and such duties align with your knowledge, experience, and complexity level; * Comply with procedures and instructions related to your activities, as well as general company policies and procedures. **Requirements:** **Education** * Completed High School and/or Technical Education. * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Management or related fields \[Desirable] **Experience** * End-user technical support (onsite and remote); * Resolution of common software, login, printer, and network issues; * Hardware maintenance; * Network infrastructure; * Basic knowledge of corporate antivirus solutions; * Understanding of backup and security practices; * Information security practices (desirable); * Asset inventory and control. **Skills/Knowledge** * Desktop, Windows, and hardware. * Network administration, Office 365, and operating systems \[Desirable] * Basic English. **Competencies** * Proactivity * Communication (verbal/written) * Knowledge sharing * Teamwork **FEEDBACK:** We are delighted by your interest!
