Driver support and portal updates Position: Logistics Support Analyst Number of openings: 1 Requirements and Education Level: Completed high school education and experience in customer service and relationship management. \*Responsibilities:\* 1\. Provide customer service (SAC), focusing on industrial clients, supporting inquiries regarding delivery status, incidents, deadlines, and operational demands. 2\. Monitor and manage pickup, delivery, and return schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and alignment with relevant departments. 3\. Operate and update customer portals by entering information, tracking requests, incidents, and proof-of-delivery documents. 4\. Archive and control delivery receipts (proofs of delivery), ensuring document organization and traceability. 5\. Provide assistance and support to drivers, clarifying routes, deliveries, pickups, returns, and incident handling during trips. 6\. Conduct daily follow-up with customers and the operations team regarding in-transit shipments and pending items. 7\. Maintain updated operational controls and reports as required by the logistics department. Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational ability, and planning capability.
