Job Summary: The professional will conduct external sales, provide personalized customer service, and identify client needs to offer the best solutions in assistance plans. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized and empathetic customer service focused on client needs. 2. Participation in promotional events to publicize assistance plans. 3. Comprehensive support throughout the sales process and after-sales. Your Responsibilities: * Conduct external sales, including door-to-door visits and in-store customer service. * Provide personalized and empathetic service, highlighting the benefits and differentiators of our plans. * Identify client needs and present solutions best suited to those requirements. * Participate in events and promotional activities to promote Plano Prever assistance plans. * Support the entire sales process—from initial contact through closing and after-sales—ensuring customer satisfaction.
