The mission of the Quality Assistant is to conduct quality control on construction sites by inspecting critical ongoing works, inspecting completed works, and inspecting technical documentation on Easy construction sites. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct quality control on construction sites by inspecting critical ongoing works, inspecting completed works, and inspecting technical documentation on Easy construction sites; * Analyze mandatory technical documentation and conduct inspections according to company standards; * Record identified non-conformities and communicate corrective action requirements to the production and quality departments; * Report critical quality items to the company and monitor their correction; * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Monitor construction site planning to organize and carry out inspections in alignment with production schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Building Construction and/or Quality; * Experience in quality inspection; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools; * Knowledge of reading and analyzing project documents.
