General Services Inspector

Description

Job Summary: Supervise services, organize teams, control materials, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with standards and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment and material control Responsibilities: * Supervise executed services, verify compliance with established standards, and implement corrective measures when necessary; * At the start of each shift, inspect equipment and team status, organize them, and make necessary adjustments; * Inspect trash bins, containers, and dump trucks to ensure suitability for use; * Control and ensure proper placement of equipment, tools, and materials under your responsibility; request replenishment of materials, tools, and equipment required for service execution; * Prepare daily supervision reports for productivity tracking; * Evaluate team performance and productivity, guiding them according to desired standards; * Impose disciplinary penalties (warnings and suspensions) as stipulated in documents issued by HR; * Distribute and monitor timekeeping records, and justify inconsistencies jointly with the administrative department; * Request work hour registration and signature on time sheets from fixed-route employees; * Collect signatures on documents (payment receipts, meal voucher and transportation voucher lists, medical certificates and declarations), when necessary; * Complete the inspection checklist with information about visited departments; * Verify that all employees are wearing uniforms and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and conduct Safety Dialogues (DS) to raise team awareness regarding safety and health; * Report workplace accidents to the safety technician or HR; * Arrange photographic documentation of activities.
