




Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for preparing and interpreting drawings, supporting budgeting, technical studies, and environmental licensing, with emphasis on waste management and infrastructure. Focus on innovation, modernization, and automation of services. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, maps, schematics, and projects for buildings, sanitary landfills, waste treatment units, and any structures required for the company’s service delivery; * Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, technical reports, expert opinions, and memoranda; * Participate in developing technical studies, work plans, procedures, and manuals; * Participate in developing environmental education programs and their implementation; * Update technical reports on environmental conditions; * Assist in environmental licensing processes and obtaining permits for the company’s activities from competent authorities; * Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ESG certifications; * Assist in projects involving new technologies, innovations, modernization, and automation of the company’s services; * Monitor project and document approvals by public agencies; * Participate in monitoring construction execution, verifying and reporting completed work, materials used, and labor deployed; * Perform measurements and material quantity calculations for new and ongoing projects; * Monitor, control, and advise on compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations applicable to the company’s activities; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for the company’s facilities; * Update records of construction and service progress, managing resources and schedules; * Conduct surveys of existing buildings for purposes of cadastral regularization, facility regularization, or conservation; * Register land feasibility assessments to inform project definition; * Control and maintain updated documentation archives for the department; * Participate in supplier visits, customer inspections, or inspections by public agencies; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma + Technical qualification in environmental science, sanitation, chemistry, or related fields focused on the environmental sector. * Minimum experience: 2 to 4 years * Specific knowledge: Reading, interpretation, and preparation of technical drawings (detailed analysis). Negotiation techniques. * Computer skills: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
