




Job Summary: Professional to work on organizational culture, internal communication, endomarketing, diversity and inclusion, supporting HR teams and leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Support organizational culture and internal communication initiatives. 2. Conduct climate surveys and employee listening activities. 3. Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Support the execution of organizational culture initiatives at headquarters and branches. * Lead the development and implementation of general surveys and employee listening activities. * Draft and support the dissemination of internal communications (bulletin boards, DDS, information boards, printed and digital announcements, WhatsApp communities, and corporate TVs). * Support endomarketing campaigns and commemorative activities at headquarters and branches. * Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives at headquarters and branches. * Support branch HR teams in organizing internal events and activities. * Create and monitor area reports and metrics. * Engage directly with local HR and operational leadership, aligned with strategic direction provided by the department. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Services, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of organizational culture and climate. * Basic knowledge of internal communication and initiatives targeting operational staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
