




Job Summary: Responsible for technical specification of solutions, opportunity generation, technical support, and management of strategic customers, connecting market, engineering, and sales. Contribution to customer satisfaction and loyalty The department’s mission is to perform technical specification of Tigre solutions, generate business opportunities, deliver technical support, and manage technical relationships with strategic customers and specifiers. Application Engineering connects market, engineering, and sales force, functioning as a technical service hub that ensures correct product application, strengthens brand presence, disseminates technical knowledge, and contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the entire customer journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintenance and Updating of Technical Materials (catalogs and technical datasheets): Contribute to the continuous updating of technical materials in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring information accuracy and alignment with industry best practices. * Propose Optimized Technical Suggestions: Provide technical optimization suggestions aligned with the EVT Department (Project Analysis), ensuring more efficient and strategic solutions. * Conversion of Competitive Products and Opportunities for Introducing New SKUs: Identify projects specified with competitive products (Copper, Steel, Galvanized Iron) and propose Tigre solutions to expand Tigre’s market share. * Production and Dissemination of Technical Content: Produce technical articles and materials for specialized media, promote Tigre’s technical knowledge, and contribute to the sector’s continuous improvement. * Technical Support to International Units: Provide technical support to international units, sharing best practices from Tigre & C Brasil’s Application Engineering. * Complaint Management and Customer Satisfaction: Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring compliance with deadlines and guidelines established by the Consumer Protection Code. Ensure the customer understands the resolution provided, promoting satisfaction and confidence in the brand through clear and effective communication. * Product Improvement Suggestions: Analyze opportunities to enhance existing products and direct new solutions to the Marketing team based on market and field feedback. * Commercial Area Support: Provide technical support to the commercial team across all channels by supplying information, training, and materials that facilitate new business development and strengthen Tigre’s solutions in the market. * Training of Professionals and Consumers **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering disciplines, preferably Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering. Ability to read and interpret project drawings. Knowledge of technical standards applicable to hydrosanitary systems.
