We are looking for people to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Oversee the construction project, ensuring processes related to execution, compliance with quality policies, standard routines and procedures, and achieving cost, schedule, quality, and workplace safety targets defined in the company’s strategic plan.** * Monitor ongoing work and ensure daily execution of activities according to the construction schedule, respecting deadlines established in the project; * Guide employees to ensure their work fronts are executed within proposed deadlines and according to standards specified in Service Verification Sheets (FVS); * Negotiate with contractors to hire specialized and qualified labor within the budgeted cost, avoiding negative variances and meeting activity delivery deadlines; * Monitor materials in stock or in use, and equipment on site, to ensure conscious and correct usage, thereby preventing waste, idle time, overconsumption, theft, and robbery; * Support daily planning of construction execution, material usage, and labor hiring, identifying alternatives to meet targets; * Verify workforce size—whether internal or outsourced—and ensure proper task distribution to avoid bloating or overload while complying with safety regulations; * Report design flaws and suggest possible improvements prior to execution, to prevent unnecessary expenses and potential rework or recurrence of anomalies in new projects; * Monitor results and traceability of technological controls to guarantee service quality and safety, and present obtained results during internal and external audits, ensuring re-certification under PBQP\-H and ISO 9001; * Act as custodian of Quality System requirements to ensure implementation in accordance with PAMQ and QRO guidelines; * Collaborate with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental departments in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the construction site and shared areas, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and preventing accidents and ensuring proper waste disposal; * Manage service providers by monitoring and validating measurements for submission to the responsible department for final approval and payment; * Provide technical support to customers and suppliers, resolving queries and providing relevant information; * Execute construction in accordance with structural, metallic, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and descriptive memorandum projects; report execution issues or necessary changes; perform reviews and corrections jointly with the responsible department to address them appropriately; * Complete monthly reports to communicate construction progress for managerial and executive analysis, ensuring adherence to the scheduled timeline and budget; * Control construction costs based on the execution budget, including labor closures and material consumption tracking at the site, and provide updated monthly cost reports to managers, management, and executives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Required: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Specific Knowledge: Required: Construction Management; AutoCAD, Excel Desirable: Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project **Additional Information** Learn about Rottas Construction’s benefits package and differentiators: **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00, with a 1-hour break. **Benefits:** * Issuance of 13 invoices per year; * Cost-of-living allowance (Caju); * Employee Referral Program; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Maternity/Paternity Kit. **In addition:** * Necessary work equipment; * Performance Evaluation Cycle; * Individual Development Plan (IDP); * Continuous feedback. ***Apply now for this position and join the \#RottasTeam*** With modern construction techniques and rigorous project management, **Rottas** today has accumulated over **260,000 m²** of contracted construction projects across southern Brazil.
