Job Summary: Manage and energize the Social Work, ensuring the living out of the Salesian Charism and the spirit of family within an educational-pastoral environment. Key Highlights: 1. In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities: * Manage the Social Work regarding educational, social assistance, educational-pastoral, patrimonial, and economic aspects; * Ensure networked, participatory, and team-based work; * Inspire and dynamize the Educational Community in developing, implementing, and evaluating the Educational-Pastoral Plan; * Guarantee the living out of the Salesian Charism and the spirit of family. Additionally, the requirements for this position are: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Pedagogy, or Humanities and Social Sciences. * Preferred experience in social settings, particularly in school leadership or social action management.
