Responsibilities and Duties * Act as an agile transformation agent, disseminating best practices, methodologies, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. * Lead process mapping, analysis, and evolution to promote operational efficiency and cross-functional integration. * Drive continuous improvement with squads, ensuring higher quality and predictability in deliveries. * Identify opportunities for process optimization, contributing to improved performance and bottleneck reduction. * Monitor execution of product strategies, anticipating risks, deviations, and impediments, and supporting decision-making. * Structure and analyze operational and product data to generate insights for performance tracking and team development. * Support definition, implementation, and monitoring of Product OKRs and KPIs, ensuring strategic alignment and impact measurement. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Experience in process mapping and improvement (e.g., BPMN, Lean). * Experience with agile management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro. * Experience in data analysis and organization (Google Sheets; Looker Studio; BI tools). * Ability to build dashboards and managerial reports. * Knowledge of indicator management (KPIs) and OKRs. * Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides. * Clear communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Organization and priority management skills. * Influencing ability and collaborative work ethic. * Adaptability to dynamic and constantly changing environments. * Teamwork.
