We are looking for a top-tier professional to serve as the technical reference in developing CNC machining programs. **YOUR CHALLENGE AT KRONA** You will be the key contributor in translating complex engineering designs into precision components, ensuring our molds meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, with a focus on plastic materials. * **Strategic Programming:** Develop and coordinate machining programs for CNC milling machines, using **NX CAM** software as the primary tool. * **Plastic Design and Innovation:** Participate in the development and modification of **thermoplastic injection mold designs**, using **Solid Edge CAD** software while applying your expertise in material properties. * **Wire EDM:** Program and operate Wire EDM machines, optimizing the process for maximum precision. * **Optimization and Testing:** Conduct machining trials, program corrections, and oversee the entire process from start to finish, ensuring final mold conformity and quality. **WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING** * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of **3 years** of solid experience in CNC programming and machining, **with a focus on tooling for thermoplastic injection molding.** * **Software Proficiency:** Mandatory experience with **NX CAM** for CNC milling programming. * **CAD Knowledge:** Experience in developing/modifying mold designs using **Solid Edge** or another robust CAD software. * **Education:** Completed technical education in Toolmaking, Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings, and to strategically define tooling **considering thermoplastic injection requirements.** **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Focus on visualization of complex designs and continuous improvement of processes. * High manual dexterity for fine adjustments and operation of CNC machines. **OUR BENEFITS:** At Krona Group, we care for our team.
