The Maintenance Technician is a multifunctional professional responsible for assembling, disassembling, and enhancing machines and equipment; ensuring effective component replacement; and installing and testing new systems. With a keen eye for innovation, they actively identify and implement maintenance improvements aimed at optimizing equipment performance, efficiency, and longevity. Their responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance routines; material specification; supplier service oversight; and fundamental contributions to the qualification and development of new projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assemble, disassemble, and optimize machines and equipment, focusing on component replacement and improvement. * Install and test new equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. * Support the development of new equipment by contributing technical expertise and practical insights. * Identify and propose maintenance improvements for equipment to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and reliability. * Perform corrective maintenance and execute precise adjustments on equipment. * Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment according to established schedules and procedures. * Conduct predictive maintenance using specific techniques and tools to anticipate failures. * Assemble various electrical panels, ensuring compliance with current standards. * Perform electrical and pneumatic building installations, ensuring proper operation. * Execute minor repairs on electronic systems. * Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to perform tasks accurately. * Organize and sort materials and tools for maintenance activities. * Possess basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. * Perform technical lubrication and cleaning of equipment. * Carry out adjustments and fabrication of production devices for optimization. * Assist in equipment qualification according to quality standards and regulations. * Maintain building electrical circuits in accordance with current standards. * Guide and train operators on equipment usage, cleaning, and maintenance—including safety aspects. * Specify materials for procurement and recommend suppliers of parts and maintenance services. * Monitor contracted work executed by suppliers and third-party companies. * Train new maintenance team members. * Support other technicians’ maintenance activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Prior experience required in industrial electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic maintenance and installation. * Familiarity with CNC machines. **Additional Information*** **Initial Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher or On-site Restaurant; * Food Allowance; * Wedding Gift; * Newborn Gift; * Clarear Program: Comprehensive Health; * Wellhub (Gympass) * **Benefits After Probation Period:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance (DentalUni); * Life Insurance; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Partnerships with Language Schools; * Daycare Assistance (per company policies); * Education Assistance \| After 12 months (per company policies); *Learn more on our career page via Gupy or on our website (**https://fgmdentalgroup.com**).* **Transforming Lives Through Smiles**—this is FGM’s purpose.
