We strive to help people smile more and better—without fear of being happy! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare materials required to begin operations, according to area of responsibility; * Clean and wash equipment, and complete cleaning logs; * Record production control data; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as defined by occupational safety standards; * Monitor product quality via visual or dimensional inspection; * Identify and report possible improvements and anomalies in machines and equipment to immediate supervisor; * Operate equipment according to area of responsibility and standard operating procedures; * Perform double-check verification; * Conduct equipment setup; * Ensure correct equipment operation within cycle time, maintaining optimal equipment performance, quality, and efficiency; contact support departments when necessary; * Perform adjustments and calibrations to ensure proper machine operation and perfect product quality; * Assist in other operational stations/areas as needed; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of the work area and equipment; * Perform other duties as required and at the discretion of the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Availability to work business hours — from 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM Monday through Thursday, and until 4:15 PM on Friday. * Prior experience as a Machine Operator; * Knowledge of labeling machines is considered a plus. **Additional Information*** **Initial Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Company Cafeteria; * Food Allowance; * Wedding Gift; * Newborn Gift; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Clarear Program: Comprehensive Support. * **Benefits After Probation Period:** * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan (DentalUni); * Life Insurance; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Partnerships with Language Schools; * Daycare Assistance (per company policies); * Education Assistance | After 12 months (per company policies); *For more details, visit our careers page on Gupy or our website (**https://fgmdentalgroup.com**).* **Transforming Lives Through Smiles** — this is FGM’s purpose.
