Founded in **the United Arab Emirates** in **1959**, dnata operates in **35 countries** across **6 continents**, with over **51\.000 employees**, serving **174 airports** and **347 clients worldwide**. **Here, we value people, invest in talent, and build careers.** We are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** responsible for directing, leading, and guiding company processes and personnel; supervising airport operational activities; planning and proposing to management the optimization and allocation of available resources to ensure operational efficiency and maintenance of customer service quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities include supervision of the operations department, monitoring aircraft loading and unloading operations, supporting the flight services team, preparing activity and incident reports, and overseeing the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal standing posture, trunk rotation and flexion, and physical effort to assist teams. Sensory requirements include visual acuity to support the team and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac, telephone communications, and interactions with colleagues. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, creativity, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * Experience in Civil Aviation; * Knowledge of customer service processes; * Leadership and people management capabilities; * Analytical and systematic mindset for decision-making; * Negotiation and Crisis Management skills; * Strategic vision **Additional Information** * Work Location: Recife Airport * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule It is nearly impossible to walk through any Brazilian airport without seeing the **dnata** logo.
