




Job Summary: A field technical support professional serving corporate clients, performing corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment, installing systems, and configuring networks. Network configuration and operating system support **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide on-site technical support directly to corporate clients. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on banking automation equipment. * Install specific electronic systems and components. * Configure computer networks, work with structured cabling, and provide Windows operating system support. * Prepare technical service reports and maintain up-to-date service documentation. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (Technical training in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields is a plus). * Proven experience in electronic equipment maintenance or hardware technical support. * Solid knowledge of the Windows operating system and computer networks (configuration and cabling). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * **Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B.** * **Full availability for travel**, as required by service demands. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.100,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 40,00 per business day. * **Medical Assistance.** * **Work Tools:** Company vehicle and corporate mobile phone provided for service execution. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00\.
