Development of technical solutions for customers **JOB TITLE:** Mechanic **LOCATION:** Campos dos Goytacazes \- RJ **DESCRIPTION:** * Perform advanced diagnostics on engines, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and air-conditioning systems in tractors, harvesters, sprayers, planters, and other equipment, applying high-level technical expertise and using conventional, specialized, and electronic tools to correct failures and optimize equipment performance on a daily basis. * Serve as a technical reference for the team on complex diagnostics, providing support and guidance to assist in resolving critical issues whenever necessary. * Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in the field and at the office, following technical procedures to ensure equipment reliability and functionality on a daily basis. * Deliver basic training to technical teams and customers, sharing knowledge about specialized equipment to improve operation and maintenance as needed. * Develop advanced technical solutions for specific customer requirements, adapting equipment to business needs to ensure process suitability and optimization upon request. * Provide on-site support at branches and strategic customers, identifying and resolving issues to minimize impact on delivery image and ensure customer satisfaction as needed. * Complete technical service reports, documenting activities and diagnostics in specific systems (E\-tim, EST, CLM) to ensure proper information control on a daily basis. * Conduct technical handovers of equipment to customers, following manufacturer procedures to guide correct usage whenever necessary. * Prepare parts orders, technical reports, and service requests using internal systems and according to operational demand to ensure continuity of maintenance activities on a daily basis. * Attend manufacturer-provided technical training programs, following the manufacturer's structured curriculum to enhance technical knowledge and implement improvements in technical practice per the scheduled plan. * Maintain an organized workplace and tools, and keep the company vehicle in good condition to preserve the work environment and operational functionality continuously. * Interpret manufacturer-provided technical manuals and drawings, using them as references when executing services whenever necessary. * Conduct operational tests after maintenance, following technical procedures to verify equipment functionality whenever necessary. * Perform general maintenance on air-conditioning systems using conventional tools to repair defective equipment whenever necessary. * Carry out equipment adaptation services, such as ballasting, following the operation manual to adjust equipment to customers' specific needs every two weeks. * Support precision agriculture field requirements using specific electronic tools to resolve issues upon request. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields, with advanced certifications provided by manufacturers or industry-recognized entities in the agricultural equipment sector. **BENEFITS:** * Meal Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Dental Insurance; * Farmes Pharmacy Network Agreement; * Life Insurance.
