Responsibilities and Duties * **Install and configure services requested by customers**, such as telephone lines, data, and subscription TV, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Perform technical adjustments, such as **cabinet binning**, as well as **repairs** to telephone lines, data, and TV, ensuring customer satisfaction. * **Work on deployment of external optical fiber networks (SITES / FTTA / FTTH)**, ensuring construction quality and optimal performance of the fiber optic network. * Carry out **installation and repair of fiber optic cables** in residential buildings, commercial buildings, and external networks. * Conduct **tests and measurements** to ensure installation quality. * Diagnose and resolve issues in fiber optic systems. * **Maintain detailed records** of performed activities and monitor KPIs. * Manage third-party contractors, ensuring alignment and service quality. * Collaborate with the team to **meet deadlines and deliver projects with excellence**. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Valid and active driver's license (Class B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Willingness to work at heights; * Results- and customer-oriented mindset; * Tech-savvy profile; * Curiosity.
