* As a member of the Atlântica network kitchen team, the Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the highest food preparation standards, thereby ensuring guest and customer satisfaction at the hotel. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist the kitchen team. * Organize the kitchen during and after tasks. * Prepare dishes following instructions from immediate supervisors. * Label all handled ingredients according to nutritional team directives. * Keep the food pantry always clean and organized, practicing HACCP principles. * Keep countertops, sinks, equipment, and kitchen linens always clean. * Assist in buffet setup. * Behave in a friendly, professional, helpful, and courteous manner when interacting with guests, customers, and coworkers. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in this role. * Completed high school education. * Availability to work on rotating shifts. * Availability to work night shifts. **Additional information** * Health insurance. * Dental insurance. * Life insurance. * Transportation allowance. * Meal allowance or food voucher.
