Job Summary: UNIMED DE CAMPOS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to develop hearing health projects, manage performance indicators, participate in case discussions, and conduct patient evaluations and re-evaluations. Access to specialized resources and training **UNIMED DE CAMPOS COOPERATIVA DE TRABALHO MEDICO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join the team and contribute to the development of hearing health projects.** **Responsibilities** * Update performance indicators related to the processes in which you are involved; * Participate as a speech-language pathologist in case discussions for patients enrolled in the home care program, supporting decision-making regarding new actions aimed at reducing healthcare costs; * Develop work instructions related to your area of responsibility; * Evaluate patients for admission to the service (inpatients in the provider’s own network and outpatients) to define the necessary therapeutic plan for beneficiaries receiving home care services, or, if ineligible, refer them to the accredited network; * Conduct evaluations for patients under care, monitor their progress to determine prognosis and discharge eligibility, and perform re-evaluations according to the established plan; * Perform re-evaluations, per the pre-defined schedule, for patients and monitor service providers’ adherence to the number of speech-language therapy sessions indicated upon patient admission; * Conduct evaluations and/or re-evaluations for patients residing in other municipalities, as required by administrative and/or judicial demand; * Audit and control costs associated with speech-language therapy services and utilized resources; **Requirements** * Completed degree in Speech-Language Pathology. * Experience in clinics or hospitals. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly. **Benefits** * Opportunity for continuous professional development. * Collaborative and innovative work environment. * Access to specialized resources and training.
