Freight Analyst

Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing freight quotations, contracting, and freight auditing, while resolving issues and optimizing logistics costs and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in freight rate negotiation and optimization 2. Focus on cost reduction and improvement of operational efficiency 3. Problem resolution and assurance of pickup/delivery deadlines **Your daily responsibilities:** Perform freight quotations with carriers Execute freight contracting via the Frete Rápido platform or another platform when necessary. Verify charged vs. contracted amounts (freight auditing) Identify and resolve billing discrepancies with carriers Handle cargo damages, losses, and delays to ensure carrier reimbursement Support negotiations and decisions regarding partner carriers to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency Support definition of freight and packaging rules Ensure adherence to pickup and delivery deadlines Resolve operational issues with carriers Monitor performance indicators (on-time performance, cost, damages) **What you need to know:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree, currently pursuing or completed. **Experience:** Freight rate auditing experience. **Desirable:** Advanced Excel knowledge and TMS system experience. Logical reasoning, analytical mindset, resilience, and persistence.
