We seek a Billing Assistant to learn, through hands-on experience, the full scope of industrial billing—from order verification to fiscal invoice issuance. Prior billing experience is not required—we provide comprehensive training aimed at enabling you to work independently within several months. *Responsibilities*: * Support the issuance of electronic sales invoices (NF\-e) and transport documents * Verify orders, prices, and registration data prior to billing * Monitor daily billing activities in coordination with the shipping department * Organize documents and maintain ERP system records * Assist in issuing payment slips and performing administrative tasks * Progressively learn fiscal procedures *Requirements*: * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus) * Proficiency with numbers and computer applications; basic to intermediate Excel skills * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Willingness to learn and grow *Preferred Qualifications*: * Administrative experience, even if brief * Prior exposure to invoice issuance or fiscal procedures * Experience in an industrial environment We offer: comprehensive role-specific training with a clear path to autonomy, CLT employment contract with benefits, an agile work environment, and genuine growth opportunities.
