Strategic, financial, and operational management **EXPERIENCE:** * Management of renovation contracts for public agencies, with technical and administrative expertise covering the full construction project lifecycle (from budgeting to handover). * Financial Management of Construction Projects: experience with progress measurements, cash flow control (accounts payable/receivable), and budget management; * Preparation of Budget Spreadsheets: proficiency in quantity take-offs, unit cost composition, and development of detailed budgets; * Team and Third-Party Management: leadership of teams and autonomy to hire/manage contractors and suppliers; * Schedule Management: experience with strict maintenance and renovation schedules for public buildings. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering; Proficiency in software: Excel and AutoCAD (reading and editing drawings); SINAPI System: full proficiency for budget preparation and unit cost composition. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Strategic, financial, and operational management of renovation contracts for bank branches, ensuring economic viability, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with the client’s quality standards; Management of progress measurements and billing; Team and third-party management; Institutional interface and supervision; Remote monitoring and direction; Schedule planning; Engineering investigation and solutions; Strategic supply management; Compliance and technical standards; Reading and editing of drawings. **COMPENSATION:** Salary: R$ 6.000,00 + revenue-based bonus (PJ) **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
