We are looking for a communicative, organized, and proactive receptionist to join our team in a light, welcoming, and caring environment for animals. **Job Responsibilities:** * Reception and service of pets and their owners * Lead and customer outreach via phone/WhatsApp * Sale of Pet Spa services and packages * Workplace organization * Support in the unit's daily service routine **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM With two days off per month, scheduled between Monday and Tuesday. **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills * Experience or aptitude in public service * Love for animals * Organizational skills and responsibility * A commercial mindset is a plus **Compensation:** * Salary: R$ 1.621,00 * Transportation allowance: R$ 12.00 per workday * Meal allowance: R$ 10.00 per workday * Commission on package sales * Commission on new customers Payment range: R$1.621,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
